I love gardening. Using organic growing methods I have been growing food for many years - tomatoes on the windowsill of my London flat, sprouted seeds and wheat grass on the kitchen table, potatoes, chard, beans and herbs in hanging baskets and pots in my back yard and a variety of vegetables and fruit in my allotment. 

I also love to grow ornamental plants and trees to enourage nature as I find sitting out amongst the flowers or just watching birds and insects very soothing and a great stress buster for modern life.

I am happy to share my knowledge of urban gardening and my experience of working with local residents on growing projects.
